We’re heading in to our 2nd decade with an expanded show line up, an expanded panel of hosts, more video content and a return to our primary goal, which has always been to provide a one stop shop for all Crows fans for news, interviews, stats and analysis as well as general banter and community. We were born out of a need to give Crows fans what they were missing out on in mainstream media, and as we hit our 11th season, we are back to do just that.
The staple of CrowCast has always been our Sunday night livestream “The Weekend Wrap” and the show returns on Sunday 23 February at 8.30pm, hosted by Feenix, ably supported by Macca and joined this year by newcomer Browny to add a further voice to the mix and give Macca some much needed backup dealing with Feenix! The Wrap show will be less heavy on analysis this year and more on match summary and discussion. Hopefully we may achieve Feenix’s goal of running to a 90 minute format!
Many of you love your stats and deep analysis, and therefore we’ve created a new show this year called “Coaches Box”. This will part of our weekly pre recorded video content this year and aims to provide an hour of deep analysis. Basically the Wrap’s nerdy sibling. The video will be available each week on Monday nights to YouTube Members and Tuesday nights to the public.
We also see the return of our Match Preview show. This will also be a pre recorded show available exclusively to YouTube Members the day before matchday and released publicly on the morning of the match. We’ll be looking at injuries, selection, match ups and our predictions for the game ahead.
A full season of “Even I coulda Kicked That” will feature on YouTube Shorts and Instagram (maybe TikTok) where Feenix attempts to kick the goals the players couldn’t the previous week. We also aim for regular Player Interviews this year as well as other interaction with the club as the season unfolds.
Apart from all our socials, one of the best things to get involved with is our Discord community. There’s plenty of chat and banter during the week, live chat during the Sunday night livestreams plus tipping and fantasy footy comps. We will also be having monthly giveaways for Discord members this year. Well worth getting around – links on all our socials.
All in all a massive year for the Adelaide Football Club this year as we strive to get back into the finals race. There’ll be no better place to enjoy the ride than with CrowCast, so sub to our socials and YouTube Channel, get into our Discord community and enjoy the season with us.
Go Crows!
