The AFL announced today that fans will be locked out of matches for at least Round 1 due to the corona virus. Good judgement on their behalf, but what are the fans supposed to do now?

We’ve decided to open up our Discord server – the app we use to put the CrowCast live broadcasts together – and let everyone join in on game days during the lockout.

For the uninitiated, Discord is a text and voice chat app you can use on your PC, phone or tablet that allows you to text chat or voice chat if you feel so inclined. It’s easy and free to use and gives us an excellent way to get together during matches and create some atmosphere!

Keep an eye on this site as we will post details and instructions (it’s really easy) for how you can get hooked up and ready to join in. We’ll also be talking about it during our live Tuesday Night show and Rev Up preview shows next week.

So don’t be sad at the thought of watching the Crows play in an empty Stadium – come and join ours!

Download Discord for your PC here: https://discordapp.com/ or get it on the Play/App Store for your mobile device.

Stay tuned…
